Summer Retreat Survey

Ambassador Church is planning a joint retreat for the LA Campus and the OC Campus.  In order to faciliate planning, a 7-questions survey has been created to collect feedback.  If you are friends of Ambassador Church but are not coming to the retreat or not attending service at Ambassador Church LA Campus or at Ambassador Church OC Campus, please disregard this e-mail.

For those who may be going to the joint retreat, we would like to obtain one response per household in order to better serve you.  You will not need to create any sign-in or provide any personal information to participate in the survey.  Simply click on following link to go to the survey questions and click the “Done” button on the bottom of the survey page to submit your responses.  Please submit your survey responses by Monday, May 31, 2010 and please note that due to data limitation, only the first 100 responses will be captured.
